Our mission is to build a new value of the Polish housing market, focused on the needs of the inhabitants of modern cities.
We are a nationwide developer from Lower Silesia. We have over 32 years of experience in the real estate market, and we are currently building in six Polish cities: Wrocław, Legnica, Jawor, Szczecin, Zielona Góra and Wałbrzych. Each year, PCG expands its portfolio of residential and commercial properties while developing its business area. PCG is one of the fastest-growing developers in Lower Silesia, actively operating within the structures of the Polish Association of Developers.
The year 2018 was the next stage of conscious development of PCG. The largest developer in Legnica – Modernbud, which has nearly 30 years of experience in the development industry, joined its structures, thus expanding its offer by further investments and expanding the scope of activity by further cities. In September 2021, the company was transformed into a joint-stock company.
PCG does not adapt to reality, PCG creates a new quality of the housing market in Poland, focusing on synergistic development – cooperating with leading design studios and interior design studios and with support of Trasko - one of the largest construction companies.
